The Mountain Zone Our flagship zone is as close as you can get to the outdoors without being there. Frequently updated, boasting live and/or delayed audio/image broadcasts of events, complete with a bookstore; The Mountain Zone has been a Microsoft Site of the Week, and a 3-Star Magellen Site. The Mountain Zone is where you can see and listen to the pros, see and hear stories about what's happening and what's about to happen in the mountains; and get all the literature you need for your own adventures.

Olympic Torch Logo Chronicle the procession of the torch from Greece to this year's Olympic city, Atlanta. Discover the secrets of torchdom from Seattle's Bill Nye: The Science Guy. They're also plenty of action shots of various runners. Complete with a Live Webcast of the relay in Seattle and city-wide celebration to greet the Torch-- (including massive fireworks from the top of the Space Needle), audio, video, tons of photos, info on torchbearers, and maps of the route.

Climb for CARE The recent Climb for CARE raised over $1 million for CARE International. A climbing team led by Scott Fischer spent a week scaling Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and kept in touch with us through satellite connections. Hear the climbers' voices on the Web page.
